Add two packets of Lipton Onion Soup Mix to the crockpot.

Add two packets of reduced sodium brown gravy mix to the crockpot.

Measure and add 24 ounces of beef broth to the crockpot.

Add two tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce to the crockpot.

Add four tablespoons of ketchup to the crockpot.

Mix all ingredients in the crockpot thoroughly.

Add the entire 28-ounce bag of homestyle meatballs to the crockpot.

Place the lid on the crockpot and cook on low for 5-6 hours.

After cooking, create a slurry by mixing two tablespoons of cornstarch with two tablespoons of water.

Pour the cornstarch slurry into the crockpot with the meatballs.

Mix the slurry into the meatballs and sauce until well combined.

Place the lid back on the crockpot and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes to thicken the sauce.

Serve the Salisbury meatballs over mashed potatoes.

Tips
You can use instant mashed potatoes for convenience, or make your own from scratch. If using homemade, prepare them beforehand.
