Directions

  1. 1Add two packets of Lipton Onion Soup Mix to the crockpot.
  2. 2Add two packets of reduced sodium brown gravy mix to the crockpot.
  3. 3Measure and add 24 ounces of beef broth to the crockpot.
  4. 4Add two tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce to the crockpot.
  5. 5Add four tablespoons of ketchup to the crockpot.
  6. 6Mix all ingredients in the crockpot thoroughly.
  7. 7Add the entire 28-ounce bag of homestyle meatballs to the crockpot.
  8. 8Place the lid on the crockpot and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
  9. 9After cooking, create a slurry by mixing two tablespoons of cornstarch with two tablespoons of water.
  10. 10Pour the cornstarch slurry into the crockpot with the meatballs.
  11. 11Mix the slurry into the meatballs and sauce until well combined.
  12. 12Place the lid back on the crockpot and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  13. 13Serve the Salisbury meatballs over mashed potatoes.
