Directions

  1. 1Add the stove top stuffing, chicken broth and melted butter to a large bowl and stir everything until the mixture softens up.
  2. 2Grab another bowl and add some shredded rotisserie chicken and season it.
  3. 3Add some cream of mushroom and celery soup, sour cream and some frozen and thawed vegetables.
  4. 4Mix everything until it's nicely and evenly combined.
  5. 5Spread the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  6. 6Spread the stuffing evenly on top of the veggies and chicken mixture.
  7. 7Pop it in the oven until the sides are hot and bubbly and the top is golden and toasty.
