Steak Bites with Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Directions
- 1Start by boiling the potatoes.
- 2Once the potatoes are fully cooked, mash them.
- 3Add some butter to the mashed potatoes.
- 4Add heavy cream to the mashed potatoes.
- 5Add garlic paste to the mashed potatoes.
- 6Add fresh parsley to the mashed potatoes.
- 7Stir the mashed potatoes and let them simmer for about 5 minutes until done.
- 8Cut up some ribeye steak into bite-sized pieces.
- 9Melt some butter in a pan.
- 10Cook the steak to your liking (the creator cooked theirs well done).
- 11Add some Dan-O's Cheeesoning for flavor.
- 12Once cooked, set the steak bites aside.
- 13Make a chimichurri sauce.
- 14Plate the garlic mashed potatoes.
- 15Add the cooked steak bites on top of the mashed potatoes.
- 16Drizzle the chimichurri sauce over the steak bites and mashed potatoes.
