Directions

  1. 1Mix all ingredients together.
  2. 2Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 egg
  • 1 tbsp honey

Tips

  • Add a can of Mexican corn for color with the red and green peppers.
  • Consider adding cheese on top or a drizzle of extra honey.
