Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix, cranberries, celery, onion, and garlic.

In another bowl, combine the turkey, broth, egg, melted butter, and all the herbs and spices.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until thoroughly combined.

Shape the mixture into balls and place them on the baking sheet.

Drizzle well with olive oil.

Bake for 20 minutes or until they are cooked through, crispy, and golden brown.

Serve over mashed potatoes with your favorite gravy and a side of cranberry.

1 cup dried cranberries
0.5 cup chopped celery
0.5 cup chopped onion
2 chopped garlic cloves
1 lb ground turkey
0.5 cup chicken broth
0.25 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg, beaten
1 tbls fresh sage, chopped
1 tbls fresh rosemary, chopped
0.5 tsp dried thyme
0.5 tsp garlic powder
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper

Tips
