Directions
- 1Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- 2Combine both boxes of corn muffin mix and the yellow cake mix in a large mixing bowl.
- 3Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and water to the dry mix.
- 4Use an electric hand mixer to blend all ingredients until well incorporated.
- 5Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan and pour the batter into it.
- 6Bake in the preheated oven for 28-33 minutes.
