Salsbury Steak Meatballs
Directions
- 1Add two pound bag of meatballs into the crockpot.
- 2Pour 3 cups of beef broth into a bowl.
- 3Add some Worcestershire sauce to the broth.
- 4Add some ketchup to the broth.
- 5Add 2 packets of brown gravy to the broth mixture.
- 6Add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder to the mixture.
- 7Add 1 teaspoon of onion powder to the mixture.
- 8Add salt and pepper to taste.
- 9Mix the ingredients in the bowl until combined.
- 10Pour the mixture over the meatballs in the crockpot and cook on HIGH for 3 hours.
- 11Stir the meatballs halfway through cooking to ensure everything is coated.
- 12In a separate bowl, add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.
- 13Add 2 tablespoons of water to the cornstarch.
- 14Mix the cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
- 15Pour the cornstarch mixture over the cooked meatballs in the crockpot.
- 16Stir and cook for a few minutes until the gravy thickens.
- 17Serve over mashed potatoes and enjoy!
