Throw bone-in thick cut pork chops into your crock pot, spreading them out evenly across the bottom.

Sprinkle a packet of au jus on top of the pork chops.

Sprinkle a packet of ranch dressing on top.

Drop a stick of unsalted butter on the pork chops.

Add as many pepperoncinis as desired and a little bit of their juice.

Put the lid on the crock pot.

Set the crock pot to low for 2 to 3 hours.

After 2 hours, take the lid off and check if the pork chops pull apart easily with a fork or are done according to a meat thermometer.

Serve the pork chop on a plate with mashed potatoes.

Optionally, add gravy made from the sauce, but be aware it might be too salty.

Tips
Pan sear pork chops first for bonus points.
If you're on a low sodium diet or don't like salty foods, this recipe might not be for you.
Making gravy from the sauce can make the dish too salty.
