Directions

  1. 1Cut the bacon into cubes and slice the mushrooms.
  2. 2Steam the potatoes, add black pepper and salt, then mash.
  3. 3Sauté the onion in a pan.
  4. 4Add the bacon and sauté until fat is rendered.
  5. 5Add the mushrooms and sauté until softened.
  6. 6Add corn, cheese slices, black pepper, and salt.
  7. 7Pour in the milk and cook until the cheese is melted.
  8. 8Pour the mixture over the mashed potatoes.
  9. 9Mix it all together.
