Balsamic Roasted Cabbage Steaks

Directions
- 1Place the cabbage steaks on a lined tray.
- 2In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, agave, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper until well combined.
- 3Brush the cabbage with the glaze.
- 4Flip each one gently, brush again, and roast until golden and tender.
