Directions
- 1Mix together all the ingredients for the cake in a small bowl until smooth.
- 2Make the cinnamon swirl with butter, light brown sugar and cinnamon, then mix until combined
- 3Pour half the cake batter into a large mug, followed by half the cinnamon swirl mix.
- 4Pour the rest of the batter on top and smooth it out.
- 5Pipe on the rest of the cinnamon mix
- 6Mix together sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle this all over the cake.
- 7Microwave until there's no wet batter left.

- 6 tbsp plain flour, heat-treated
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 60 ml warm water
- 40 ml oil
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp light brown sugar
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 0.125 tsp cinnamon
