1In a bowl, mix 40 grams of oats, 100 grams of 0% fat vanilla yogurt, 30 grams of vanilla whey protein, 5 ml of vanilla extract and 50 ml of almond milk until a smooth consistency is achieved.
2Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight or for at least two hours.
3Add 100 grams of mixed berries on top of the overnight oats before serving.
4In a frying pan, add 200 grams of white potato cut into thin chunks and season with sea salt, black pepper and smoked paprika. Cook for about 10 minutes.
5Push the potatoes to one side of the pan, add half a red pepper and half an onion, and season with sea salt and black pepper.
6Mix everything and let it cook for a couple of minutes.
7Create a well in the center of the pan and crack one egg into it.
8Add 200 ml of egg whites from Bulk and mix everything until the eggs are cooked.
9Add 50 grams of spinach leaves and mix.
10Add 20 ml of hot sauce to taste.
11Cook 50 grams of whole wheat noodles in boiling salted water.
12In another pan, add 150 grams of diced chicken breast and 15 ml of light soy sauce. Cook until golden brown.
13In a bowl, prepare the sauce by mixing 30 ml of soy sauce, 30 ml of oyster sauce, 30 grams of zero calorie maple syrup from Bulk and 30 ml of water.
14Add the cooked chicken and noodles to the pan with the vegetables. Add the prepared sauce and mix.
15Add a handful of basil to taste (optional).
16In an oven dish, mix 100 ml of egg whites, 5 ml of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of sweetener, 10 grams of double chocolate instant whey protein from Bulk, 50 ml of almond milk, half a teaspoon of baking powder, a handful of ground cinnamon, and 2 slices of 60 calorie bread until the bread is dissolved in the mixture.
17Microwave for 4 minutes.
18Top with 100 grams of mixed berries and zero calorie maple syrup from Bulk.
