Directions

  1. 1Separar las yemas de las claras de los huevos.
  2. 2Mezclar las yemas con el arroz.
  3. 3Saltear el arroz con un poco de aceite hasta que esté dorado.
  4. 4Añadir gambas, zanahoria, jamón y las claras de huevo.
  5. 5Mezclar hasta que se cocinen las claras.
  6. 6Añadir salsa de soja y cebollino.
  7. 7Saltear un poco más.

Ingredients

  • 2 tazas arroz cocido
  • 3 huevos
  • 100 g gambas
  • 50 g zanahoria
  • 50 g jamón o salchichas
  • 1 cucharada salsa de soja
  • 1 cucharada cebollino
  • 1 cucharada aceite
