Directions

  1. 1Slice apples.
  2. 2Spread dough strips on baking sheet.
  3. 3Place sliced apples on dough strips and roll them up.
  4. 4Bake until golden brown and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar while still warm.

Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 red apples (Fuji or Gala)
  • 0.5 lemon juice
  • 1 ready-made puff pastry sheet
  • optional powdered cinnamon
  • optional confectioner's sugar

Tips

  • Serve with a scoop of cream ice cream and caramel sauce.
