3Whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt in a bowl.
4Whisk together melted butter, milk, and vanilla in a separate small bowl.
5Beat eggs and sugar in a large bowl for 90 seconds on medium speed until pale.
6Add half of the flour mixture and mix on low speed until combined, then add the butter/milk mixture, then the remaining flour, mixing just until the batter comes together.
7Add the apples to the bowl and gently toss until evenly coated in the batter.
8Layer the apples into the prepared loaf pan and pour any remaining batter into the pan.
9Bake for 70-75 minutes, until golden brown around the edges and a toothpick comes out clean.
10Let cool for at least one hour before slicing and serving.

Tips
