Pumpkin seed soup or Egusi soup

Directions
- 1Blend pumpkin seeds with water in a blender until smooth.
- 2Pour palm oil into a pot on the stove.
- 3Add the blended pumpkin seeds to the palm oil.
- 4Stir the mixture in the pot.
- 5Add smoked pepper to the pot.
- 6Add ground cumin to the pot.
- 7Stir everything well.
- 8Cover the pot and let it cook.
- 9Uncover the pot and add sliced onions.
- 10Add salt to taste.
- 11Add maggi star.
- 12Add more ground cumin.
- 13Stir the ingredients together.
- 14Add water to the pot.
- 15Add cooked offals to the mixture.
- 16Cover the pot and allow it to cook.
- 17Uncover the pot and add a Maggi cube.
- 18Stir the soup.
- 19Add spinach to the soup.
- 20Stir the spinach into the soup.
- 21Cover the pot and cook further.
- 22Uncover and stir the soup.
- 23The soup is ready to be served.
