Directions
- 1Place a rice paper sheet in a dry pan.
- 2Spread the wet wet sauce evenly over the rice paper.
- 3Pour an egg on top and spread it.
- 4Add shredded cheese.
- 5Drizzle sriracha mayo.
- 6Sprinkle cilantro and green onion.
- 7Add the leftover rice paper.
- 8Cook until the cheese is melted.
- 9Flip the rice paper.
- 10Serve and enjoy!

- 1 handful cheese
- 1 tablespoon sriracha mayo
- 1 handful cilantro
- 1 handful green onion
- 1 container leftover rice paper from previous meal
