Sweet Chilli Sesame Chicken Tray with a Twist

Directions

  1. 1Combine diced sweet potato into a baking tray.
  2. 2Add purple cauliflower to the baking tray with the sweet potato.
  3. 3Add white cauliflower to the baking dish.
  4. 4Add broccoli to the baking dish.
  5. 5Add courgette to the baking dish.
  6. 6Add paprika to the vegetables.
  7. 7Add chickpeas to the baking dish.
  8. 8Add garlic powder to the vegetables.
  9. 9Add pepper to the vegetables.
  10. 10Add salt to the vegetables.
  11. 11Add oil to the vegetables.
  12. 12Mix all the vegetables together in the baking dish.
  13. 13Sprinkle sesame seeds on the mixed vegetables.
  14. 14Place the baking dish with vegetables into the oven and roast at 190°C (fan) for 35 minutes.
  15. 15Prepare chicken by adding chicken breast to a bowl.
  16. 16Add soy sauce to the chicken.
  17. 17Add paprika to the chicken.
  18. 18Add garlic to the chicken.
  19. 19Add sesame oil to the chicken.
  20. 20Place the marinated chicken onto a separate baking dish.
  21. 21Place the chicken into the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
  22. 22Remove both dishes from the oven once cooked.
  23. 23Pour the prepared drizzle (soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, honey, sesame seeds, ginger powder, and rice wine vinegar) over the roasted vegetables.
  24. 24Toss the vegetables with the drizzle.
  25. 25Serve the roasted vegetables and chicken on a plate.
