Directions

  1. 1Season the chicken with Lawry's Lemon Pepper, onion powder, Sazon, garlic powder, and Accent.
  2. 2Add egg and hot sauce to the chicken.
  3. 3Mix the chicken thoroughly with the seasonings, egg, and hot sauce.
  4. 4Marinate the chicken for 2 hours.
  5. 5Coat the marinated chicken in a mixture of flour and a little corn starch.
  6. 6Fry the coated chicken in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. 7Remove the fried chicken from the oil.
  8. 8Place the fried chicken on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
  9. 9Serve the fried chicken with hot sauce and ranch dressing.
