Orange Chicken

Directions

  1. 1Slice the boneless chicken quarter leg into chunky pieces.
  2. 2Add toyo and Knorr oyster sauce to the sliced chicken.
  3. 3Add baking soda for softening.
  4. 4Mix the chicken, then add potato starch and sesame oil.
  5. 5Refrigerate while making the sauce.
  6. 6Boil water in a pan.
  7. 7Add Tang orange powder, oyster sauce, toyo, Knorr chicken powder, ketchup, and garlic powder.
  8. 8Add cornstarch and water mixture and white sugar with free ants
  9. 9Add potato starch to a bowl.
  10. 10Add chicken and coat with potato starch.
  11. 11Fry the chicken.
  12. 12Add the sauce to the wok.
  13. 13Add the fried chicken and mix.
  14. 14Transfer to a serving bowl.
  15. 15Garnish with sesame seeds.

Tips

  • Potato starch can be substituted for corn starch.
