Ingredients
pickles
green onion
3 pieces center cut bacon
6 ounces reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
2 fresh jalapenos
16 ounces low-fat good culture cheese (cottage cheese)
8 light Laughing Cow cheese wedges
2 tbsp pickle juice
0.25 cup ranch seasoning
salt
pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
Tips
To reduce spiciness, remove the seeds and pith from the jalapenos.
If you're not a fan of cottage cheese, blending it with other cheese helps.
Don't mix in bacon bits too early to prevent them from getting soggy.
