Directions
1
Hit the prime rib steak sliders with salt, pepper, and garlic.
2
Place the thick sliders into a smoker or oven at 275 degrees (or grill them directly).
3
Slice the beef bacon into tiny strips.
4
Add the sliced bacon to a cold pan.
5
Turn the heat to medium-low to slowly render the fat.
6
A few minutes later, slide in finely diced onion.
7
Throw in some black pepper and continue to cook the bacon and onion down.
8
Once crispy edges appear, deglaze with Worcestershire sauce and a couple of drops of apple cider vinegar.
9
Go in with a healthy amount of dark maple syrup to caramelize the sugars and allow the mixture to thicken.
10
Pull the prime rib patties off when they are about 120 degrees internal.
11
Throw the patties on an extremely hot grill to caramelize.
12
Give the patties a quick flip.
13
Place half a slice of white American cheese on each patty.
14
Assemble each brioche slider with pickles.
15
Crown each slider with the bacon jam.
