Directions
- 1Whip 8 pounds of heavy cream in a stand mixer until butter separates from the liquid.
- 2Add chives, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the butter.
- 3Use the compound butter to cook a steak.
- 4Use the compound butter to cook scrambled eggs.
- 5Blanch broccoli and finish with butter.
