Pulled Pork Shotgun Shells

Directions

  1. 1Soften cream cheese.
  2. 2Mix softened cream cheese with pulled pork, shredded cheese, green onions, and barbecue rub.
  3. 3Pipe the mixture into manicotti shells.
  4. 4Wrap each manicotti shell with two slices of bacon.
  5. 5Refrigerate for 2 hours to overnight.
  6. 6Set smoker to 250°F and apply rub to the bacon-wrapped shells.
  7. 7Smoke for 2 hours.
  8. 8Increase smoker temperature to 350°F and cook for another 1.5-2 hours until the bacon is cooked through.
  9. 9Cover with BBQ sauce and leave in the smoker for 10 minutes.
  10. 10Serve hot.
