Soften cream cheese.

Mix softened cream cheese with pulled pork, shredded cheese, green onions, and barbecue rub.

Pipe the mixture into manicotti shells.

Wrap each manicotti shell with two slices of bacon.

Refrigerate for 2 hours to overnight.

Set smoker to 250°F and apply rub to the bacon-wrapped shells.

Smoke for 2 hours.

Increase smoker temperature to 350°F and cook for another 1.5-2 hours until the bacon is cooked through.

Cover with BBQ sauce and leave in the smoker for 10 minutes.

Serve hot.
