Skirt Steak Marinade

Directions

  1. 1Cut the skirt steak into manageable-size pieces.
  2. 2Add all steak pieces into a big ziploc bag.
  3. 3Pour in A1 steak sauce.
  4. 4Add Worcestershire sauce.
  5. 5Add garlic.
  6. 6Season with salt and pepper.
  7. 7Cut up one big onion and add to the bag.
  8. 8Rub everything together in the bag, making sure the steak is nicely coated.
  9. 9Marinate overnight.
  10. 10Put the steak in a strainer to remove excess marinade.
  11. 11Grill the steak.
  12. 12Slice the steak.
  13. 13Serve.
