Directions
- 1Cut the skirt steak into manageable-size pieces.
- 2Add all steak pieces into a big ziploc bag.
- 3Pour in A1 steak sauce.
- 4Add Worcestershire sauce.
- 5Add garlic.
- 6Season with salt and pepper.
- 7Cut up one big onion and add to the bag.
- 8Rub everything together in the bag, making sure the steak is nicely coated.
- 9Marinate overnight.
- 10Put the steak in a strainer to remove excess marinade.
- 11Grill the steak.
- 12Slice the steak.
- 13Serve.
