Slow Cooker Apple Kielbasa Bites

Directions

  1. 1Cut up a pound of Kielbasa sausage.
  2. 2Grab two Granny Smith apples, dice them and throw them in the crockpot.
  3. 3In a small mixing bowl, add half a cup of brown sugar, half a cup of apple cider, two tablespoons of Dijon mustard, a teaspoon of garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. 4Whisk all the ingredients in the mixing bowl until it's combined.
  5. 5Pour the mixture on top of the apples and sausage.
  6. 6Give it a good stir, making sure everything is coated, then throw the lid on and set the temperature to low for three to four hours.
  7. 7Once the time is up, take the lid off and give it another quick stir.
  8. 8Serve with toothpicks.
