Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. 2In a bowl, combine two boxes of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, two eggs, two teaspoons of sugar, one cup of heavy whipping cream, and one can of sliced peaches.
  3. 3Mix well.
  4. 4Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
  5. 5Bake for 25-28 minutes, or until golden brown.
