Take grated paneer, chopped and blanched spinach, diced mozzarella cheese, chopped onions, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander, salt, black pepper powder, garam masala, and chaat masala in a bowl and mix well.
Take a portion of whole wheat flour dough, dust it with flour, and roll it into a large roti.
Place a portion of the mixture in the center of the roti and spread it.
Fold two opposite corners of the roti over the filling, overlapping them slightly.
Apply a little whole wheat flour slurry using a brush to seal the folds.
Fold the remaining two sides of the roti to make an envelope (lifafa).
Place the paratha on a hot tawa.
Apply 1/2 tbsp of butter on both sides and cook until golden brown.
Serve the delicious Palak Paneer Lifafa Paratha hot with green chutney and ketchup.
