Directions
- 1Make brown butter by cooking butter over low heat until it turns golden brown.
- 2Add brown butter to a bowl with ¾ cup of cocoa and mix well.
- 3In a separate bowl, combine 3 eggs with 1 ¾ cup of light brown sugar and whisk until fluffy.
- 4Add the chocolate mixture to the egg and sugar mixture and mix together.
- 5Add ¾ cup of flour, vanilla, and salt, then mix well.
- 6Add ½ cup of chocolate chips to the mixture.
- 7Pour the brownie batter into a baking pan and bake in a 350°F oven for 20-25 minutes until it looks set.
