Directions
- 1Cream the butter and sugars together.
- 2Incorporate the eggs, vanilla extract, chocolate pudding mix, and cocoa powder.
- 3Fold in the dry ingredients followed by the mix-ins.
- 4Chill the dough balls for at least 6 hours or overnight preferably.
- 5Bake at 350 for about 13 to 16 minutes, depending on your oven's temp and how done you want them.
- 6Top the cookies however you would like and enjoy.

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 0.75 cup sugar
- 0.25 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 yolk
- 0.5 tbsp vanilla
- 0.25 cup Dutch process cocoa powder
- 0.25 cup chocolate pudding powder
- 1.75 cup APF
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tbsp cornstarch
- 1.25 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 0.66 cup sweetened coconut flakes
Tips
- If you can't get your hands on chocolate pudding mix for some reason you can substitute for an equal amount more of cocoa powder.
- Chill the dough balls for at least 6 hours or overnight preferably for non flat cookies
