Strawberry Ice Cream Cookies
Directions
- 1Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and a quarter teaspoon of salt to the dry ingredients.
- 2Add a tablespoon and a half of cornstarch to the dry ingredients.
- 3Cream together one cup of room temperature butter, one cup of white sugar, and half a cup of light brown sugar in a mixer.
- 4Add two eggs into the creamed mixture.
- 5Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract into the mixture.
- 6Mix the wet ingredients.
- 7Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until almost combined.
- 8Add half a cup of freeze-dried strawberries, two Aero strawberry scoops bars, and one bar of white chocolate to the mixture.
- 9Give it one last mix until everything is well combined.
- 10Ball up the cookie dough.
- 11Bake the cookies at 350°F for 10-11 minutes.
