Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake
Directions
- 1Mix 2 sticks of softened butter (1 salted, 1 unsalted), ¾ cup of white sugar and ¾ cup of light brown sugar together for 2-3 minutes.
- 2Add 2 eggs one at a time and 1 tsp of vanilla to the mixture and mix well.
- 3Add 2 ½ cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp of baking soda and 1 tsp of salt to the mixture and mix well.
- 4Add 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips to the mixture and mix well.
- 5Spray a 10x15 inch nonstick pan with baking spray and use sprayed wax paper to spread in the pan.
- 6Pour the cookie dough into the prepared pan and spread it evenly using a spatula and parchment paper.
- 7Bake at 350°F for 13-14 minutes.
- 8Let cool in pan for 15 min before flipping onto cooling rack.
- 9Frost as desired
