Banana Cheesecake Delight

Directions

  1. 1Pulse Nilla Wafers in a food processor until fine.
  2. 2Mix in brown sugar and melted butter with the pulsed Nilla Wafers.
  3. 3Press the mixture into the bottom of a 13x9 inch dish.
  4. 4Refrigerate the crust for 10 minutes.
  5. 5Spread the no-bake cheesecake filling evenly over the chilled crust.
  6. 6In a bowl, combine the vanilla instant pudding mix, cold milk, and optional rum extract.
  7. 7Mix until the pudding mixture is thick.
  8. 8Slice fresh bananas.
  9. 9Lay the sliced bananas over the cheesecake layer.
  10. 10Pour the pudding mixture over the bananas and gently spread it out.
  11. 11Spread a layer of Cool Whip on top of the pudding.
  12. 12Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until set.
  13. 13Before serving, add caramel, Nilla Wafers, and sliced bananas on top.
