Directions

  1. 1Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until combined.
  2. 2Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking pan.
  3. 3Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. 4Add pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice to the cream cheese and mix well.
  5. 5Spread the mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  6. 6Refrigerate until set.
  7. 7Cut the cheesecake into bars.
  8. 8Pipe whipped cream on top of each bar.
  9. 9Sprinkle with extra pumpkin pie spice if desired.
