Directions

  1. 1Make toffee by melting brown sugar, then break into pieces.
  2. 2Melt butter in saucepan until browned.
  3. 3Add melted butter to a bowl with sugars, eggs and vanilla.
  4. 4Whisk together flour, baking soda and salt.
  5. 5Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  6. 6Add chocolate chips and toffee pieces to the bowl and mix gently.
  7. 7Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. 8Bake the cookies until golden brown.
  9. 9Sprinkle sea salt on top of the cookies.

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup toffee pieces
  • 1 pinch sea salt
