Directions
- 1Make toffee by melting brown sugar, then break into pieces.
- 2Melt butter in saucepan until browned.
- 3Add melted butter to a bowl with sugars, eggs and vanilla.
- 4Whisk together flour, baking soda and salt.
- 5Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- 6Add chocolate chips and toffee pieces to the bowl and mix gently.
- 7Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 8Bake the cookies until golden brown.
- 9Sprinkle sea salt on top of the cookies.
