Directions

  1. 1Cut the butter into cubes.
  2. 2Add butter, sugars, and vanilla into the mixing bowl.
  3. 3In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  4. 4Mix all the wet ingredients in the stand mixer.
  5. 5Add the egg and mix.
  6. 6Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mix until combined.
  7. 7Form the dough into a ball.
  8. 8Place the dough into a plastic bag and flatten.
  9. 9Roll the dough out and cut out Minecraft-shaped cookies using a cookie cutter.
  10. 10Place chocolate chips on the cookies.
  11. 11Place the cookies on a baking sheet and bake.
