MINI KEY LIME PIES

Directions
- 1Take out three Keebler graham mini pie crusts.
- 2Add 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup of cool whip, and 1 tablespoon of cheesecake Jell-O mix to a bowl.
- 3Grate some key lime zest into the mixture and squeeze in some key lime juice.
- 4Mix the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- 5Evenly divide the mixture among the three mini pie crusts.
- 6Grate more key lime zest on top of each pie.
- 7Top with whipped cream for a "razzle dazzle" finish.
- 8Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of the whipped cream.
- 9Add a lime slice to each mini pie for garnish.
