- 5Evenly divide the mixture among the three mini pie crusts.
- 6Grate more key lime zest on top of each pie.
- 7Top with whipped cream for a "razzle dazzle" finish.
- 8Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of the whipped cream.
- 9Add a lime slice to each mini pie for garnish.
