Mini Skillet Cookie
Directions
- 1Melt butter in a bowl.
- 2Add brown sugar, vanilla, egg yolk, flour, baking powder, salt, and chocolate to the bowl, and mix well.
- 3Pour the cookie dough into a cast iron skillet.
- 4Bake the cookie in the oven.
- 5Make caramel by cooking sugar and butter in a pan and add cream until it thickens.
- 6Place the baked cookie in a cast iron skillet.
- 7Add a scoop of ice cream onto the cookie.
- 8Drizzle caramel sauce over the cookie and ice cream.
