Season 4 pounds of chicken breast with 8g garlic, 6g onion, 6g chicken seasoning, 6g paprika, and 3 tablespoons of honey teriyaki sauce. Mix these together.
Cook the chicken in a skillet on both sides for about 5 minutes until an internal temperature of 168°F (75.5°C) is reached.
Add 300g of chopped carrots and 800g of broccoli florettes into a bowl with salt and pepper.
Mix the vegetables and throw them into the air fryer. Cook for 30 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
Weigh 350g of uncooked rice and add it to a rice cooker with 3 cups of water. Let that cook through.
Once the chicken is done, shred it up with a meat chopper.
Add in your cooked broccoli, carrots, and rice with the shredded chicken.
Portion the mixture into 10 meal prep containers.
Add 5g of honey to each meal prep container (optional).
