Directions

  1. 1馬鈴薯洗乾淨後直接刨成絲。
  2. 2接著打入雞蛋。
  3. 3再撒上一點胡椒粉調味。
  4. 4接著攪拌均勻。
  5. 5開中小火放入奶油融化。
  6. 6倒入剛調好的蛋液。
  7. 7將兩面都煎至金黃色時。
  8. 8加入你喜歡的配料。
