1Mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper to create a marinade.
2Add sliced beef (sirloin) to your marinade and mix.
3Add 1 cup of rice to the rice cooker pot.
4Rinse the rice.
5Add 1 cup of water to the rice cooker pot.
6Add your marinated beef on top of the rice and water.
7Add shredded carrots, zucchini, bean sprouts, and shiitake mushrooms on top of the beef.
8Turn on your rice cooker to cook the meal.
9Once cooked, add spinach and put the lid back on to let it steam for 5 minutes.
10If desired, add a fried egg on top.
11Top with gochujang sauce.
12Mix everything together in the rice cooker pot.
