Directions

  1. 1根据人数准备鸡蛋
  2. 2选择表面粗糙的新鲜鸡蛋
  3. 3用流水清洗鸡蛋
  4. 4锅中加入适量清水
  5. 5盖上盖子，大火烧开
  6. 6准备小葱，切成葱花
  7. 7准备大碗，加入盐，生抽，香醋，香油和葱花
  8. 8准备六个小碗，依次打入清洗好的鸡蛋
  9. 9水烧开后转最小火
  10. 10加入少许盐，搅拌均匀，使盐溶解
  11. 11慢慢将鸡蛋放入锅中
  12. 12盖上盖子，焖5-8分钟
  13. 13用铲子轻轻推动，防止粘锅
  14. 14喜欢溏心蛋的焖5分钟，不喜欢溏心蛋的焖8分钟
  15. 15捞出荷包蛋
  16. 16将荷包蛋放入调料汁中
  17. 17用勺子搅拌，使荷包蛋充分吸收汤汁
