Peach Cobbler Cheesecake

Directions

  1. 1In a large bowl, mix 8 oz of cream cheese until well combined.
  2. 2Add four large eggs at room temperature, one at a time, and mix until well combined.
  3. 3Add 1 cup of sugar and mix.
  4. 4Add 1/3 cup of milk, 1/3 cup of sour cream, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Blend and mix well until well combined.
  5. 5Set the cheesecake batter aside.
  6. 6In a bowl, add 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of melted butter, and about a tablespoon of cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
  7. 7Grab your cheesecake pan and put the graham crumbs in it, making sure it fills in completely with no indents.
  8. 8Add the cheesecake batter and smooth it out on top.
  9. 9Bake at 325 for about 60 minutes.
  10. 10In a pan, melt 1 stick of butter.
  11. 11Add your peaches and mix well.
  12. 12Add 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, mix well.
  13. 13Add about a tablespoon of vanilla, 2 tablespoons of wet cornstarch, and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon. Mix until the sauce starts to thicken.
  14. 14Pour the cooled peaches on top of the cheesecake.
  15. 15Let cool for about two hours.
