Directions

  1. 1Open the package of Oreo cookies.
  2. 2Separate the Oreo filling from the cookie.
  3. 3Crush the Oreo cookies using a pestle and mortar.
  4. 4Mix the crushed Oreo cookies and ice cream in a bowl.
  5. 5Roll the mixture into a log shape on a parchment paper.
  6. 6In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  7. 7Spread the whipped cream on the flattened Oreo mixture.
  8. 8Roll up the mixture into a log again.
  9. 9Slice the log into pieces.
  10. 10Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Chocolate syrup
