Directions
- 1Take a cold bowl from the freezer and place it in the electric mixer.
- 2Add 8 ounces of cream cheese to the cold bowl.
- 3Beat the cream cheese for one minute until it's nice and smooth.
- 4Add one quart (4 cups) of heavy whipping cream to the bowl.
- 5Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
- 6Add 2 teaspoons of cake batter oil from LorAnn's.
- 7Attach the whisk to the mixer.
- 8Mix on speed 6 until stiff peaks form, which should take about 2 minutes.
- 9Add two 14-ounce cans of sweetened condensed milk to the mixture.
- 10Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk.
- 11Take one box of Annie's Birthday Cake Bunny Grahams and pour them onto a cutting board.
- 12Chop the bunny grahams into smaller pieces, saving some for topping.
- 13Add the chopped bunny grahams to the ice cream mixture.
- 14Add half a cup of rainbow sprinkles to the mixture, saving some for topping.
- 15Gently fold the grahams and sprinkles into the ice cream mixture.
- 16Pour the ice cream mixture into an ice cream container or a loaf pan.
- 17Sprinkle the remaining bunny grahams on top for decoration.
- 18Sprinkle the remaining rainbow sprinkles on top for decoration.
- 19Place the ice cream in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
- 20Serve the homemade ice cream.
