Directions

  1. 1Dice the onion.
  2. 2Add vegetable oil to the pan.
  3. 3Add the diced onions to the pan.
  4. 4Crumble sausage and add to pot
  5. 5Add everything but tortellini and spinach.
  6. 6Add vegetable broth
  7. 7Add crushed tomatoes
  8. 8Simmer for 20 minutes.
  9. 9Add spinach and tortellini.
  10. 10Simmer for 10 minutes.

  • Jimmy Dean sage pork sausage
  • spinach
  • vegetable broth
  • ounces crushed tomatoes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • minced garlic
  • onion
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons basil
