Burnt Honey White Chocolate Espresso Panna Cotta

Directions

  1. 1Pour honey into a saucepan.
  2. 2Place the saucepan with honey on the stove.
  3. 3Pour milk into a bowl.
  4. 4Add gelatin to the milk and stir to bloom.
  5. 5Pour half of the heavy cream into a measuring cup for the white chocolate ganache.
  6. 6Pour the remaining heavy cream into the burnt honey.
  7. 7Break white chocolate into pieces and add it to the bowl with milk and gelatin.
  8. 8Check on the honey burning on the stove.
  9. 9Add the heavy cream to the burnt honey and heat it in the microwave.
  10. 10Pour the heated heavy cream over the white chocolate and gelatin mixture.
  11. 11Brew the espresso.
  12. 12Add the espresso to the mixture.
  13. 13Stir the mixture until combined.
  14. 14Pour the burnt honey into the milk with heavy cream and stir.
  15. 15Combine the two mixtures and stir them together.
  16. 16Pour the mixture into serving bowls.
  17. 17Pour the remaining mixture into a mug.
  18. 18Place the panna cotta in the fridge.
  19. 19Serve the panna cotta by inverting it onto a plate.
  20. 20Drizzle white chocolate ganache over the panna cotta.
  21. 21Sprinkle sea salt on top.
  22. 22Serve and enjoy.
