Directions
- 1Add lemon zest to a bowl.

- 8Mix the mascarpone until smooth.
- 9Add heavy cream and mix.
- 10Add the lemon mixture.
- 11Mix again until smooth.
- 12Add lemon zest.
- 13Add lemon juice.
- 14Mix together.
- 15Place ladyfingers in the baking pan.
- 16Cover the ladyfingers with the lemon and water mixture.
- 17Cover ladyfingers with mascarpone mixture.
- 18Spread mascarpone mixture evenly.
- 19Repeat the process.
- 20Cover the pan and chill before serving.
