Directions
- 1Add ice to a bowl.
- 2Add coarse salt to the bowl.
- 3Mix the ice and salt well.
- 4Place another bowl on top of the ice and salt.
- 5Add milk, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream to the top bowl.
- 6Mix all the ingredients together until thickened.
- 7Slowly add melted chocolate.
- 8Mix again.
- 9Pour the gelato into a container.
