Cover the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish with enchilada sauce.

Grab a can of your favorite refried beans and a scooping device.

Plop a scoop of these beans into the enchilada sauce.

Plop as many scoops of beans as you have chicken thighs.

Add a chicken thigh on top of each one of these scoops.

Season the chicken with taco seasoning, whether from a packet or a shaker.

Get a mixing bowl.

Drop in a block of softened cream cheese.

Add a can of diced green chilies.

Add a cup of shredded cheese, whatever kind you want.

Add a quarter cup of jarred salsa or the enchilada sauce from earlier.

Add a tablespoon of taco seasoning.
